Meet Optimize the Inside

My decade long health journey has been my inspiration for this site as well as me becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner.  It taught me so much about not only personal health but the impact that our environment has on our health.  My road back to health left me wanting to turn my pain into a purpose.

 

My goal is for people to use this platform to discover alternative solutions to the ones that often stock the shelves at the store.  There are over 100k chemicals used in consumer products and only around 1k of them have been tested.  My hope is that customers start to make more conscious decisions with a “better, not perfect” mentality.
